OneWinAWeek publishes sports-related commentary, research, illustrative models, and an intended recordkeeping approach. The site does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, hold betting funds, guarantee a selection, or promise a profit or particular result.
Sports betting involves the risk of losing money. You are responsible for deciding whether you may lawfully wager, whether to wager at all, and how to use any information on the site. Passing and choosing not to wager are always options.

If a paid offering is introduced later, its price, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, eligibility, and access terms will be disclosed before purchase. These terms do not authorize a charge.
The site and its features may change, pause, or end. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Links to independent services and support resources are provided for convenience; those services control their own content, availability, and terms.
The site design, text, graphics, and project names are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the public site for personal, noncommercial reading. If you voluntarily send feedback, you allow us to use it without an obligation to compensate you, while you retain ownership of your underlying ideas where the law provides.
